Having just returned from my family trip to Italy, this review is a great way to re-live the once in a lifetime experience that we had while staying at Castello di Cabbiavoli. Only where to begin? The views are incredible from the rooftops, balcony, bedroom windows, outdoor seating and pool. All around is the picturesque Tuscan countryside as you would... More

Outstanding trip made more so by Alledandra's wonderful hosting at Cabbiavoli - wonderful place to stay- perfect size for a family of 6. Awesome rustic charm - what better way to relax after a day of sightseeing than in the cool pool! Totally recommended! Take a rural walk @ 6.00 in the am and enjoy the scenery- very quiet -... More

My family of four, two adults and two girls (12 & 16) spent a week in the Pero apartment at Cabbiavoli. Alessandra was an amazing hostess, helping us through any logistics complications and just providing a wonderful resource since we spoke very little Italian. The location truly is ideal for visiting the Tuscany area with it's close proximity to Castelfiorentino... More

Beautiful and elegant buildings on a hill top surrounded by Tuscan rolling hills, can even see towers of San Gimignano in the distance. Simone's cooking was amazing, each meal was a treat, just like her friendly smile. The amount and variety of birds in the area provided wonderful background concert. The perfect place to go for quality time, rest or... More

Our family, composed of 8 adults and 5 children at the ages two to eight, is back home but still excited about our recent Tuscan experience; we had a marvelous time and Castello di Cabbiavoli was its pivot.  it's the first time that all our family is spending together a vacation week and it proved to be a life milestone.... Let me tell you, locating the villa is a challenge considering its seclusion in a small hamlet in the Chianti Valley, not far from Sienna. But what we found was a true hideaway. Only after winding past mowed fields and and climbing up steep, unmarked forested roads, does the gated entrance to Villa Cabbiavoli reveal its stone pillars and charming... More

I recently stayed at Cabbiavoli in the Pesco Apartment with some 90 other friends old and new for an absolutely fantastic wedding. Words can not describe what a truly wonderful week I had. When young people dream about their dream wedding, I can tell you that most of them do not dream this big! I don't really know what to... More

We loved our stay at Castello di Cabbiavoli. The area is beautiful and Alessandra was amazing, she gave us great tour tips and was available to help us with many things. The apartment we stayed in was nice and big, adequate bathrooms and laundry facilities close by. We would stay there again if and when we travel back to Tuscany.

We, 2 adults and 2 little ladies (6 and 8), spend a very nice week in the Fico appartment in July. The appartment was great and real Tuscany authentic. The door to the master bathroom was broken, but immediately the staff came to the rescue and try to fix this. As this took a bit longer then expected, we received... More

A group of 13 of us (friends) spent a week in July at Cabbiavoli, and it was definitely a highlight of our six week holiday. The castle is beautiful, retaining all its old world charm, while having all the modern conveniences we expect. We were looked after so well by Simona the wonderful cook, and Cristy, the butler, who are... More
