Wonderful family resort. All activities are included and the staff is very attentive to your needs. We found the Palmyre resort fun and relaxing even though the rooms are a bit old and slightly humid. Finally, the food is plentiful and the quality not bad (could be better).

This is a very nice and simple Club Med in a stunning surrounding very close to the beach. The Club Med village is spread out over a huge terrain in quiet nice surroundings. Bungalows (family) are simple but very spacious and have everything you need. We appreciated the heating (end of October) in spite of the nice weather. The greatest... More

We have been to La Palmyre every year since it opened. We love the sea salty freshness of the Atlantic coast. We love being somewhere it's cool enough to play tennis in the mornings or take a long bike ride along the coast through the pine forest. But...... It all went a bit weird when we booked, we were advised... More

4th time here and it will definitely be our last. It’s not as good as it used to be in truth and I overheard one guest saying it was “entry level Club Med’’. There is a lot to do and the beach is great but the kids club is very French so the children just don’t want to go. The... More

My family (2 adults, 2 kids aged 8 and 5) love this place and although we felt it was starting to look a little tired in places this year, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and I'm sure we'll book again. The resort is well laid out, spacious and clean. The pool is a good size (if a little cold..I... More

Stayed for 10 days at This Club Med and were rather disappointed. The quality/cost ratio was below our expectatiuons (have been there the previous years and were rather satisfied). Great location near the beach. Some of the staff rather open - but some more interested by their own quality of life than by the GM happiness. Is worth the cost... More

The resort is pleasant, food great, and lots potentially to do. But, if you are not French, and unable to speak the language pretty fluently, you're effectively an "alien". No announcements in dual language - just French, so you have little idea of what's going on. The language barrier is particularly relevant for the mini-club (which of course you are... More

Spent a week here with my family, so much for the everyone to do and the staff were excellent. The food was very good too also. The only trouble is the unpredictable weather coming in from the Atlantic. Can't blame them for that but just a warning point.

For me, this is a no-go because: - No aircon in rooms!!!!! At night, you can choose to open doors and windows get bitten by mosquitoes or close the doors and windows and be extremely uncomfortable with the stuffy air in the room. There are fans, but only one per room. If you have a two bed-room family room, they... More
