This hotel is supposed to be a 4 star establishment, with staff bad mouthing customers and eating in corridors. The only compliment i can honestly find is the one for the receptionist, I blame it on the bad management and WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN. This is the second time we have stayed at the Oriel House and on both occasions the staff have been friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable.
