Ahain5 we couldn't fault staff rooms food or cleniness. We are so happy we again booked our second childs naming ceremony here in nov 2014. Overall i... More

we went to this hotel for a wedding, and it was perfect. the ceremony was held in a beautiful room and was very nicely decorated. The reception was held in a large function room which you also could not fault. the only things that were disappointing were the lack of seating for the large amount of wedding guest, there are... I recently attended a friends wedding at oriel house. It didn't look like a great venue from the outside but the bar and conservatory area was a great surprise. Was very well decorated and a lovely space together for pre drinks. When we were escorted through to the wedding room we had to make our way via the corridors to... More

Recently attended a family wedding here. Hotel is lovely, nice location and most of the staff seemed to be friendly and pleasant. However, there were a couple of staff members who I would honestly say really didn't want to be there. We went to the bar to get a drink when we first arrived and the staff member appeared to... After a busy day of meetings I looked forward to a nice refreshing swim - but when I got in the pool it was so hot (yes, hot, I don't mean pleasantly warm) you could virtually have cooked an egg in it. Then when I went in the changing rooms to have a shower, the water in the showers ranged... More

I only spent one night here when traveling with work. I chose this hotel because of the location and the facilities. I checked in with no problems and the receptionist was very welcoming. I was quickly given my key and told where my room was. The room was clean and specious, and there was a large kingsize bed, which I... More

My husband and I married here just over 2 weeks ago and stayed within the hotel for 2 nights along with many of our guests. What can I say? This place is the perfect little hidden gem situated in the beautiful village of St Asaph, North Wales and we have absolutely no regrets about holding our wedding here. The frontal... More

We stayed here for one night to attend a friends wedding. The hotel is conveniently located just on the outskirts of St Asaph, and despite being on a main road, there was no discernible road noise (mainly due to the excellent thick curtains, which meant even at 9:30 in the morning it was still dark in the room!) The wedding... More

Stayed here on a voucher break over half term. Paid extra £30 to upgrade room and we werent disappointed; huge room, modern ensuite, superking bed, fair size TV; (room 111; recommended!). Breakfast was a continental self serve; plenty of choice and great quality produce. Freshly cooked hot choices available at an extra £4.50 a head. My husband had smoked haddock... More
