We left Cebu City around 9:30 and took a non-aircon bus from the South Terminal Station. It was better than expected because the weather was gloomy so it wasn't too warm when stuck in the occasional city traffic. The rest of the trip was cool (June is rainy season in the Philippines so its better to catch the AC bus)....
