First of all, I'd like to thank the staffs at Mayas for having given me a very pleasant stay. The food was wonderful and the wi-fi signal strong at the restaurant. I Stayed in one of the air-con cottages for 6 days and never had any issues with anything. The room was spacious, basic but comfortable. Everything worked as they should,... More

I decided to book on this place because of the reviews i read from Tripadvisor. Cottages are made of indegenous materials like bahay-kubo with modern interior. We check-in 2 nights at eco-2 room which is very huge for the 3 of us. On our 3rd night we transfer to fan room since it is already booked with other guest. Their... More

Mayas located near the reef where you can snorkel as much as you want. The staff are accommodating and friendly! They even help us out in our itinerary (since we don't have any at all, hahaha!) We love having a good chat with Lita, Rose and Christine while waiting for our ride to take us to Basdako and Kawasan. They... More

Me and my husband stayed at Mayas for 10 nights at the end of February 2014. The cottages are located just a few minute walk to the small beach, break-wall and local restaurants. We booked the fan cottage, and intended to upgrade to an A/C cottage but loved our hammock so much we stayed in our initial one! (The owner,... More

We were there during the Holy week of 2014 and the place was very awesome, relaxing, and quiet (great for travellers like me). When I called Peter and his staff about the booking and reservation they were kind enough to book it for me and had a bank transfer since paypal was not available from my end. When we arrived,... We stayed in Maya's Native Garden last weekend, at the family house. Huge place, good for our group of six. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast twice, and the servings are huge. Try their sausage which french fries, delicious. For dinner, we used their grill for inihaw na matambaka and inihaw na liempo. We had a hard time getting... More

Each room is a bungalow raised on stilts. Clean, modern with a fan and air conditioning. Warm but no hot shower. There's a room safe, however no instructions are written and the staff said they would show me how to use it but didn't. A lovely garden surrounds the bungalows and the pleasant staff make it welcoming. My only dissapointment... More

We stayed at a resort near Maya's, but ended up eating at the restaurant twice. It was amazing. The staff were so nice and pleasant, and the food was amazing. The menu was huge. We tried the Mexican inspired food, which was really good. They even made fresh nachos. The cabins looked cute and quiet. I would consider staying there... More
