We stayed in Maya's Native Garden last weekend, at the family house. Huge place, good for our group of six. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast twice, and the servings are huge. Try their sausage which french fries, delicious. For dinner, we used their grill for inihaw na matambaka and inihaw na liempo. We had a hard time getting... More

Each room is a bungalow raised on stilts. Clean, modern with a fan and air conditioning. Warm but no hot shower. There's a room safe, however no instructions are written and the staff said they would show me how to use it but didn't. A lovely garden surrounds the bungalows and the pleasant staff make it welcoming. My only dissapointment... More

We stayed at a resort near Maya's, but ended up eating at the restaurant twice. It was amazing. The staff were so nice and pleasant, and the food was amazing. The menu was huge. We tried the Mexican inspired food, which was really good. They even made fresh nachos. The cabins looked cute and quiet. I would consider staying there... More

Nice and clean, quite and affordable place! The food is good, as well is its location when it comes to the other spots around. Enough options aroud fir diving (Nelson!) and swimming/snorkling or motorbike rentals. Furthermore.. The people working at Maya's are doing a great job.

A lovely bungalow, quite new in build. Comfy bed, but could do with wraparound fitted bed sheet, rather than sheet that comes away in the middle of the night, but this is a small thing. Door opened to a private verandah, which faced the garden - it was very chilled, in the evening we watched a film on our ipad... More

After a Long Unexpected Journey from Cebu finally We reached Panagsama Beach Moal Boal. This is just my review and we have different opinion and standards, but one thing that took my attention is the Place. Some review are indeed right ( Moal Boal's Beauty is Under the Sea ) The town itself is just a simple open Village similar... More

Mayas was certainly one of the highlights of our recent Cebu trip.. In contrast to the surrounding area it's like a little slice of heaven! The staff were wonderful to us & treated us like true freinds!, the food & drinks were great, the dining area is peaceful & convenient, we enjoyed sitting at one of the small huts which... More

Thanks for your review We are happy to hear you had a great stay. Actually the beach or local reef is only 40 meters away, i think you are referring to White Beach which is a lovely beach with plenty of white sand and a great daytrip. More

We stayed at the fan room of Maya's for two nights. Check-in was breezy, though we were overcharged by the tricycle driver (Php 150 instead of local rate of 70/trip). We arrived quite hungry, and were able to check-in quite easily. The kitchen staff offered to heat our packed food from our trip from Cebu City for free. We ended... More

Thanks for your review We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and our food in the restaurant. The prices are actually quit low in the area, consider 150 - 300 peso for a full meal in a restaurant, surely this is not a side-road eatery, but a good western- filippino style restaurant. Saturday night dicso can be noisy,... More
