The Iberostar was very nice. Our room was a Jr. Suite at the Maya and it was a very roomy. The only complaint was that the beds were hard. It bothered me more than my husband. This was our first time at the Iberotar and Mexico It was wonderful, everything was very clean and the staff is outstanding. The food was excellent, so many choices. The room was huge with a wonderful view of the complex. We would return in a heartbeat! more

the beds were very hard and had a hard time sleeping. the air wasn't working properly, we had booked a king bed and so did our friends...we had to change rooms and sleep in two full size god awful hard bed bugs where everywhere..the stink on the boardwalk was so bad it mad you sick to go to the so... more
