The newly renovated rooms were falling apart, the sheets were not clean, the food was inedible- I found bugs in the food on two sep. meals...I literally ate toast to stay fed and I am not a picky eater...they have a group of Italian Tourists that visit and the entire resort seems geared to them, they will not take reservations... more

Arrival to La Romana Airport went smoothly, Air Transat Rep was there to greet us. Bus ride to Hotel was about 20 min. Hotel is beautiful!
