beach, room, pool, food, restaurant, cafe and customer service is really excellent!! everything is good!! ... but in the evening, too many shops in the street in the resort... and they called us "Chino, dame Pica Pollo" (Chinese, gimme fried chicken!) it's really...insane!! finally, we complained that and they apologized us...but the next day they did same.
