One bad experience for us were our 3 nights at "Alexandros".This is obviously not a 5 star hotel!Very small room with a smaller bathroom-such a nightmare!Only the terrace was big-even more than enough. The food was nothing special and remarkable. The beach-also,water was not so clean, but you must pay 4 euro daily to use a set of umbrella and chairs.Everything was overpriced... more

We have travelled all over the world in 5 star hotels; this must be one of the worst. The reception was very grand and the swimming pool was also very good, just what you expect from a 5 star hotel. It is a shame about the rest of the hotel. We ask for a mountain view what we got was... more

The room was located in the interior space after 2 buildings . The sea had no chance to appear from the pines and buidings - 50 euro for the sea view . The russians and the greeks were preferred for rooms with seaside view . Russiaa music , continental breakfast , nothing to do with Greece . more

My wife and I booked this hotel through an agency. I had insisted on a sea view, a balcony, and a king size bed. Unfortunately the room did not have the balcony, which was a mistake the agency had made. Of course I complained, as every true American would, since we were there on our honeymoon and my money does... more

We were two families and booked 2 grand suites for 10 nights. The rooms were ok, modern-simple furnishing with plasma tv and spacious bathroom with jacuzzi which we never used. The view from the balcony is amazing. Air condition was working properly. The mini bar is kind of eco and stops 1-2 hours per day and there is no freezer.... more

We booked our stay 3 months in advance through the form on the hotel website. Got a reply within 24 hours and the booking was confirmed in the following day. Arriving at the hotel took 2,5 hours with bus from Thessaloniki. We got a really nice room with sea view (junior suite cos we were 3 ppl), staff at the... more

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and had to wait till 2pm to get our room, but staff from the reception was nice and brought us a cocktail while waiting. Our room was quite simple, having only a bed with blue furniture, the bathroom was also clean and large enough. We had also a Philips TV and... more

Stayed at Alexandros Palace Suites for 2 nights recently wishing that we could have stayed longer. Hotel is located a short drive from town of Ouranoupoli, ok if you have your own car but could be a bit inconvinient if you had to rely on public transport. Staff were were friendly and very helpful. Most could speak english although very... more

Obviously unlike the people, who wrote previous comments, I am satisfied by the stay in Alexandros Village. Me and my girlfriend went on 6-day holyday from 07/06 till 12/06. First of all the complex is very nice and maintained. Even in the beginning of the season, when there are not so many visitors, most of the facilities were working and... more
