Stayed here in July & would agree with previous reviewers on standard of hotel which was very good. We did find during our stay that there was a scramble for sunbeds in prime positions but nowadays I just put that down to usual holiday experience. Arrived on a cool day but that didn't stop us being very impressed with the hotel - and no one can be held accountable for the weather! This was our first time staying in the Achtis and most definately won't be our last. The hotel staff were fantastic and the grounds were beautiful. We booked this hotel based on the positive reviews on trip Advisor – we were not disappointed. The Achtis is a well designed, well built and a very well managed hotel. All of the front of house staff were superb. Worthy of particular note is the beautiful pool and garden area which we thought rated up there with the best.... more

After we had to cancel our trip in May, we looked forward to go to Afithos again in September. We had an other great stay at this beautiful hotel.
