My wife and I stayed at Apres la Sieste for the first week of our honeymoon in August 2007 (the delay in submitting this review is entirely down to my dilatoriness). We were looking to spend a week in or near Provence, to visit some of the beautiful villages and countryside the south of France is well-renowned for. We did... more

Apres La Sieste is located in the tiny village of St. Laurent des Arbes. I enjoyed the proximity to the town, because we were able to wander around without having to negotiate the roads and different driving styles in France all the time! The B&B was just idyllic. Our room felt very European, sparsely, but adequately furnished, providing a clean... more

Our only mistake was not staying longer. We absolutely LOVED our stay at this B&B--it may have been the highlight of our 2 week stay in Europe. The property was so nice--it felt very private and rustic, but the bedrooms were so chic. Breakfast in the morning, with all of Chloe's homemade jams, was amazing...I'm still trying to figure out... more

Fabulous! If you want to be centrally located, have plenty of room, serenity right in the village, not to mention the best hosts on the planet (Jacques & Chloe) -Apres La Sieste has it all. My travel buddy and I stayed in a spacious suite of rooms -the bathroom was huge! Each suite or room is private, not like a... more

This was the high light of our stay in France. We used this as a base for our rugby world cup stay. We were travelling with an 11 and 16 year old. They loved the sense of home, the pool and the beautiful breakfast each morning. Chloe and Jacque are wonderful genuine hosts. The rooms are charming - each one... more

My husband & I have just returned from a week in Provence (24th June '07). We stayed at the Apres La Sieste for the first 3 days of our trip. What a beautiful treat that was. It is a tranquil little place superbly located in a village just outside of Avignon. Our room was comfortable & clean and decorated to... more

My wife and i recently heard about Apres La Sieste and decided to break out of our boring style of staying at hotels. We wanted to try Apres La Sieste because their reviews were excellent on Trip Advisor. Reading about it seemed like an ideal place and when we arrived, we were certainly not disappointed, as we were pleasantly greeted... more

We spent two weeks travelling through the south of France and spent 4 days at Apres la Sieste. Everything about the experience was just perfect. The rooms are decorated to a high standard, modern but with a real Provencal feel to them. We had a room upstairs for three people and it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The saltwater... more
