We stayed at Sofia Village for six nights. For the most part, I would recommend it. The complex is centred around the swimming pool and small bar, and although it doesn't have views, it is well situated above the town which is easy to get to providing you are reasonably fit to tackle the steep walk up the hill on... It took me forever to find somewhere affordable in Mykonos to stay. Its just such an expensive island. So was thrilled when we arrived at Sofia Village and it was exactly as described/pictured at a good price. Complimentary airport transfers were great. The man who picked us up was very friendly and so was George at the pool bar. We... More

I was blown away with this hotel. Staff were very friendly and gave good recommendations. Our room was a great size with a kitchen and spacious bathroom with a hot shower. Rooms were cleaned daily, fully functioning tv, air conditioning and fridge. Supermarket was conveniently located as well as the main town and bus station. Pool area was great and... More

The hotel is located 7 mins away from downtown Mykonos, 10 minutes to go back because is uphill. You get a really nice view of the sunsets and overall it's good vakue for the money. We got room number 10, it was under the pool but had no problem with noise or anything. The bed and room in general were... More

What a great pick, just a short walk up a steep hill out of town, the family do everything to make your stay as nice as possible, including going out of their way to drop you off at various locations around the Island and sorted my group a table reservations at Nammos out.

We knew Sofia's place from long ago, as we had stayed there many times in the 90's. It has just expanded with a nice pool and bar but the athmosphere is the same ! Very close to the city center, it is far enough though to be very quiet at night The way back from downtown is going up but... More

The hotel is 10 minutes from the Town with views of it, the bay with visiting liners and the sunset from a very pleasant pool and bar area. Our room by the pool had seating outside overlooking this area as well as a seating area at the rear which had the sun in the morning for breakfast and also allowed... More

The accommodation itself was fine - we were in a room off on its own so it was pretty quiet and private which was great. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was kept clean and tidy. There was an off smell coming from the drain in the kitchen however this was sorted within 10 mins of us notifying... More

Was impressed with the rooms given to us after much persuasion from our Greek friends to the hotel. However our stay there was very much affected by the staff's attitude, with much emphasis on the racist guy named Sec (the driver) and this elderly lady who is probably the receptionist. The housekeeping lady was the only pleasant one I've met... More

Stay Far Away from this hotel! The staff and Sofia ruined our vacation in Mykonos, and the quality of the hotel itself didn't even make up for the horrible abuse we've been put through. First, the staff: We were staying there as a group of friends from a variety of backgrounds. We were picked up from the port by the... More
