This hotel is fantastic. With the beautiful styling and decoration of this hotel, they've managed to create a lovely ambiance. Mykonos town is only a 5 minute walk away but the hotel feels calm and serene by comparison. The pool area is great and the breakfast was fantastic. We had a first floor room with a sea view and everything... More

The location is good with a short walk to all the bars and restaurants in Mykonos Town. Close to the bus terminal to jump on a cheap bus to the beaches. We had one of the base rooms which was a bit disappointing. It was semi-underground at the rear of the hotel. If I stayed again I would opt for... More

We stayed there for 3 nights. The staff were very courteous and helpful. But I felt we didn't get the value for what we paid. Firstly, The bathrooms are so small. The wc (toilet) and shower have about a foot in between them. The drainage in the shower is terrible and most of the time, there is so much water... More

As it was our second stay in Mykonos, we decided that the best location for us would be in town, close to most of the restaurants and bars. This gave us the opportunity to relax during the evening and not use the car, while during the day we would not mind the short drive to most of the beaches. This... More

I have stayed at the Semeli twice now (in two consecutive years) and my experience both times was overwhelmingly positive. The hotel's five star feature is its location - a mere 5 minute walk in to the centre of town, and yet set somehow back far enough to be quiet each night, even in August's peak season madness. Free valet... More

We really liked this hotel. It is in a good location with great views. We were there out of season but I imagine it would still be pretty quiet even when things are raging down below. The decor and ambience is very attractive, and the breakfast is excellent with a very wide range of tasty things. The rooms are very... More

On a one day stop on a round the world trip, my travel agent booked us here for a night. When we arrived the hotel only had us booked in for one room, when we actually needed 3. Clearly a miscommunication between the supplier and the hotel. The hotel was fully booked, so there wasn't much they could do... this... More

The hotel has recently received a makeover so feels nice and new. The reception area, bar overlooking the pool, and the pool itself are all well laid out and great for relaxing. The breakfast buffet has a big selection of hot and cold food and is served up until 12 - perfect if you've had a big night out. The... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in late Oct. The best thing about the hotel is its location: 2 mins walk to the centre of Mykonos. There is also a supermarket nearby. The room itself is small but very clean except for the blanket in the wardrobe which we had to use as it was a bit chilly... More

I've stayed in or visited a number of hotels in Mykonos over the years, and the Semeli is right up there with the best. Cool and stylish, incredibly friendly and polite staff, immaculately clean and comfortable room, with the best hotel bed I can remember. Breakfast is a feast, and has sensible (for Mykonos) service times of 8 til 12!... More
