From the moment we arrived it was plain to see that this was not a 4 star hotel more a 2 or 3 star apart/hotel. The rooms were uncomfortable, the food unpalletable due to being either lukewarm or cold. After our first week half the hotel shut down and one pool completely emptied for repair work. It seems this hotel has recently become all inclusive, and it shows. Not enough staff in the restaurant means the tables are not cleared away quickly enough and often its a do it yourself job.
