Stayed here early August with my wife, daughter, her husband and my grandson. The facilities were fantastic, great pool, bar service and restaurant. Studio room was useful even though we were AI. Staff in the restaurant and reception were very friendly and were always helpful. Biggest hangup though was no wifi, that you had to buy bottles of water (unless... More

Luckily for us we got upgraded to a superior room which had air con. Thank goodness as this is a basic essential these days. Our friends didn't... And while the rooms were similar lay out ours had nicer finish. Both lovely and spacious and lots of storage. Maid service excellent. Food- we thought good variety and choice, the fish and... More

I stayed here in mid July 2014. It was a family holiday so the kids club and spacious pool were great. There was 16 of us in total so some people would moan about us taking up too much room but we we would make a point of sharing loungers. The location of the hotel is quite far out from... More

Staff friendly.but the facilities for disabled adult person in wheel chairs was appalling. getting around the pool was a night mare, people and their sun beds were... More

Stop at El Duque for 10 nights from 13 to 23 July as a party of 7 adults requested in may to stay in the same block only to be put in 3 different blocks And I got the worst of the deal being put in room COO1 ,no fan in bedroom so could not open windows due to being... More

Stayed for 10 nights at the el duque in July with family and had a fab time. The 2 pools and all the outside areas are very well kept and spotlessly clean. Didn't really have any problems getting 7 sun beds together either. We stayed self catering so can't comment on the restaurant or bar. The apartments could do with... More

This hotel is ok but not worth the money you pay to stay there. Reception, rooms & main areas are clean but the facilities aren't big enough for the amount of guests. The bar & stage area was tiny - we couldn't get a seat to see any entertainment so we went out most evenings. The indoor restaurant is very... More

Just back from 10 day holiday and have nothing but praise for the hotel, staff and food. We were in a superior studio in H block, bottom floor with a huge balcony and air conditioning. The studio was really large and well furnished and cleaned every day. The meals were good and plenty of choice with fresh meat and fish... More

I really thought our choice was a bad one after reading comments on here. Beautiful village like complex..sons description and he was right.felt very safe..comfortable and made to feel very welcome. Staff were amazing...only cringe was c c as we called him and the kids just laughed at him as he would be more suited for club 18 to 30.... More
