Room is big but a bit old...also smell a bit old....TV in room is still an old type (not flat screen) Hotel is in good location, surrounded with jewelry stores and massage spa. Breakfast varietybis ok. Not that excited but good enough comparing to hotel in other small city in Thailand.

I do take 1's very seriously. But this hotel was just problematic from the start. Here's a laundry list of inconveniences, but topped off by the most dangerous, mold. CONS 1) There must be mold in the air ducts or something, because in the two rooms I experience, both had the unmistakable, almost overpowering smell of mildew / mold. This... More

The worst sleeping experience in Thailand. We went here just to chill: a swimmingpool, wifi, fitness and a nice room. ( had to visit Hospital here ) Well all were horrible. Swimmingpool was out of order, they told us after we payed for the room, wifi was not working: unavaible... Fitness same thing. Shower in our room broke down, called... More

We were enroute from Ko Chang to Phnom Penh. It was a convenient stop. Good size room, clean with comfortable bed. Staff pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good. It was near a shopping mall, and shops.

I stayed here only one night, arrived after dark on 11th. My room was on 14th floor , it was big, clean but there was no hair dryer. You shall not expect high standard service from them since suddenly i was very sick (around 11pm) and i gave front a call to ask if they have any medicine for stomachache.... More

I stayed here for one night on the way from Ko Mak to Bangkok. Its a lovely hotel, the bed was comfortable and I slept like a log. There were many English channels on TV. The swimming pool is so good, even it was raining, I stayed in for ages. Location is perfect, a stones throw from the night markets... More

At the begining of the year, I went to Chantaburi and this hotel was my choice in this time. The hotel location is good, it's easily to take public transportation around the city and the hotel is quite big too. Even it is a big hotel in town, but I think it looks a bit old but it's an okay... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. Booked in advance - through Agoda - and paid far less than the walk in price. English speaking staff on reception, and a very helpful woman who appeared to deal specifically with Agoda bookings gave us lots of assistance with maps and trip planning. Our room was spacious, clean, very nice. Corridors outside were tired,... More

This hotel very convenient location in the city center of Chanthaburi, nearly Robinson and Gems market. the room is clean but bathroom look old and equipment not good. If you need to stay just 1 night, this hotel is suitable for you.

This hotel is perfect if you are interested in buying gems. It's right in the center of town and it's the tallest building so you can't miss it. Right next to the hotel is Robinson mall and flea market which serves locally made food and other small items. If you are looking for evening excitement this place is not for... More
