Frankly , I don't expect much for a 20 dollar city centre hotel room these days but I was very pleasantly suprised . The hotel reception area is a bit strange and part of a gems shop /gallery but for me it is the room that counts. The room I was given at 690 baht was huge with a sofa/relax... More

A perfect hotel if you are visiting for the issue of Gems, is located in the city center, is not a tourist hotel, the entrance was a gallery with different windows of jewelry, and at the end of the window there is the reception, you have to roll up your luggage, myself, and the fridge is empty, generally clean and... we are traveling by bicycle and we stay, if we do not camp, in hotels, hostels or guesthouses up to 100 USD. we asked for a room and for checking it, but the woman at the reception was first more busy with using her mobile phone. then second, she showed us photos from the rooms, but since Central Asia we... this is my 2nd stay at gems club. i go through chantaburi regularly, so have stayed at a few different places over the years. 1st...it lacks any personality whatsoever. the lobby is full of independent gem traders and jewelry sellers. saw a few nice pieces, but that isnt why i go to chantaburi. head towards the back & get to... I enjoyed my stay immensely at the Gems Club hotel. I chose to stay in a suite - for the cost of aprox $27 per night - Amazing value. Although the rooms are a little dated they very spacious, lovely and clean. Bedding also very clean and room serviced each day with fresh towels. The staff are very helpful and... More

What more can I say, after staying here I went to the hospital to see a doctor about terrible rashes all over my body and he told me the unthinkable I had been bitten all over by BED BUGS, not only is this horrable it cost a fortune replacing and treating my clothes. My colleague also had bites in another... More

If your purpose is semi-precious stone trading or shopping, this is a perfect place for you. Located in the heart of Gems Street, market, and trading zone. Taking into account the average standard of Chanthaburi Hotels and comparing with other hotels around the Gems Street, this is a good hotel. It is neat, clean & tidy, pleasant atmosphere, lovely top-floor... More

Located right of the middle of Chantaburi weekend gem market, this quite new hotel (before it was a bank...), has very clean rooms, hope it will stay so... Moreover is is located in front of the well known gemsbrokers.org offices, a lot of gemstones are traded there which means animation on the doorfront from Friday to Sunday. During the rest... More
