I stay here a couple of nights every week due to work commitments. All the staff are very welcoming and can't help enough. Breakfast is good and again the staff are helpful. This hotel makes staying away from home more bearable.

My husband and I booked this hotel for his 60th birthday, it was just for 1 night, when I called best western to book I advised that it was a special occasion and that were celebrating his 6oth . On arrival to this grand looking hotel with a fantastic car park and brilliant views were really pleased, however we checked... More

The hotel was clean, comfortable bed and good shower (both large and powerful). The lows being that there was a slight hint of smoke smell in the corridor on... More

Hotel is fine though bedroom too hot as was the shower. Happy to recommend though. Staff helpful and close to canal where you can have a pleasant walk . We would stay here again and the area which we didn't know is well worth exploring. Very pleasant

Good value hotel with all the trimmings for a short business stay. Nice large rooms although the 90s décor is looking a little dated and the TV a little old. Good value food for dinner although the menu was a little limited. Very good buffet breakfast. Excellent customer service from the employees who couldn't do enough to help

Great hotel and easy to find. Staff were very friendly although I did have a problem with the bill the following morning. Room very clean and comfortable and evening meal was great. Comes highly recommended
