Good mediocore hotel, but not bad for a short tour of Nagpur City. Food is good. Lift is there to haul you up-stairs, but the bed linen is of very bad quality & dirty, the pillow is unbearable you cannot sleep on them.

Location is good but cleanliness is not as expection. Staff behaviour is good. Need improvement in maintain view. Food is very expensive in hotel compare then other hotels so one note is to be write in to do list. Thanks

It is a budget hotel. Its main advantage its location. Being near to railway station and in heart of city, makes it easily accessible. Room was decent and room service was good. food was ok

this hotel is in no means fit to be called as grand.the only advantage is that it is located somewhat nearer to the main center of the city.anyways,it is not of any use.you will not even get pure water without much shouting and drama.how people can manage it is only a question mark.

Hotel Grand is situated behind railway station,Nagpur.Just 5 minutes walk.All facilities available with in your budget.It is centrally located.As it is located centrally you can easyly acess to any place by auto,local bus.Nagpur is centre point of India.

i liked the stay in this hotel and good atmosphere but problem is with the attitude of the staff, they are not professionally qualified to handle the customers, same problem with chef also.
