I was therefor one night on business and I opted for the slightly better room on the first floor.
Well it is a 2 star property if at all.

Central location
Room ok with flat screen TV AC etc.
Bathroom relatively clean
Cons
Just basic upkeep and maintainance was sad.
Nothing do in the hotel.

Recently i had the misfortune of staying in the Hotel for about 2 days. I checked in during the night hours.To my horror the ambience of the hotel was in contrast to what was shown in the web site.Since i had no choice i checked in and asked for mineral water.The water was delivered after one hour in used bottles...

First 2 floors were renovated till Jan 2012, top 3 were old (cheaper) but quality of service is poor. Complimentary breakfast and menu has very limited and monotonous options. Location is in city center, so that is advantage for business users.
Hotel Sunny International is now Hotel VITS & is taken over by the Kamath Group so I was expecting a good professional approach from them. My earlier experiences were quite bad & I stopped staying their long back. However the only thing which I could observe has changed is that the prices have gone up substantially.
