We booked Hotel Palma Bay as a last minute getaway (as in the day before we went!) we wanted something cheap and cheerful for a few days and that's exactly what we got. Taxi is €20 from the airport, but there is a bus service running every half and hour (the 21) which is €3 per person which was air... More

Just returned from a week long stay in this hotel. The rooms have paper thin walls and you can hear everything being said in adjoining rooms. Our first night gave promise to a very long week, as our neighbors were loud, squealing and laughing all night long. Thankfully, they left the next day and the room was quieter. We had... More

I came here with my sister and her 2 year old last September. I was a bit anxious after seeing some bad reviews but I pretty quickly realised the moans were from people with unrealistic expectations. There are 4 decent pools here and one thing that I thought they did best here was keeping the sunbeds chained up until breakfast... More

unfortunately we got put in the rooms where the building work was going on and had to be moved, but the staff were lovely and helpful, all inclusive was excellent and the food was tasty and no one was complaining apart from the people who go away and complain for entertainment. caribbean bay was great

Bed bugs (Copacabana building) made a real hell from the stay. Room change did not help. The rest was appropriate for the money. Food OK at dinners, but breakfasts always the same, based on eggs, cheapest possible ham and cheese and disgusting inedible sausages.

Nothing at all wrong with the hotel, nice and clean and good food. When we went Spanish were the dominant guests but it was out of season so don't know what it's like in season. Someone mentioned it being at the top of a hill, I must have missed that ;-) Would stay again.

Few pools, mini golf, outdoor table tenis, indoor games.play area for kids. Evening entertainment at the pool bar. We stayed in Copacabana building which... More

Myself and my fiancé (at the time 25 & 31) stayed here for a week 23rd nov - 30th dec 2013. I really cannot understand all the negative and bad reviews. Yes we went out of season so I think I was the youngest person there, not many shops were open but we were there to relax and enjoy some... More

When arriving at this hotel I was pretty hopefully, was greeted by the receptionist who was rude and unhelpful, if you asked a question it seemed to be a pain to them. In this hotel you have five different actual buildings, three of which are a distant from the restaurant and pools, I was unlucky and ended up in gobi.... More
