Just arrived back today from the Olivina, we had such an excellent holiday. The hotel was spotless, the food was excellent and to a high standard and the service was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and Fernando in the restaurant made us so welcome and went out his way to make our time there special. Every drink from the... More

Having read reviews posted before our holiday, we were not sure what to expect of this hotel. We had booked it because it was a Riu hotel and knew of their good reputation. We were disappointed when we heard there was a change of owners. The room was comfortable and kept very clean by the daily maid service. Linen was... More

We returned to the Ole Olivina after enjoying a week there last year. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very helpful. The food was very good. The only downside was the animation team, they were terrible,or is it just the French humour.Heard Thompsons won't be using this hotel anymore, don't know if it is true or not,but I wouldn't go back as there are... The hotel looks great food and rooms are average location great. The only down side that is hotel is French owned now and caters towards them IE: Entertainment very poor and seams like if you speak French things get done first time of asking. We had One night when the entertainment never turned up was not missed? when they did... More

Just got back from a ten night stay with my Daughter(16). Where to start, Hotel was lovely and clean and the maid service is daily. Sheets are changed when you put red triangle on bed or just ask at reception. Towels are changed when put on bed. Be aware of the mosquitos they are rife in the rooms, I was... More

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days in July 2014. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The only thing that could have improved our stay was a kettle. Restaurant staff were excellent, as was the food. There was lots to choose from and although there food on offer was similar each day there was plenty of choice. Much... More

This hotel was well rated and equipped. It was clean and the choice of fresh food was adequate. The only drawback was the amount is French dominated entertainment, the Brits were definitely the 3 rd class tourists after the Germans. I am all for a bit of entertainment by the pool by the pool the kids entertainment and kids clubs... More

The staff were superb, all very polite and helpful the reception staff could speak a multitude of languages and had excellent knowledge of the island. (Even maintenance staff and house keeping went... More

We went here as two couples. We arrived at around 9pm and the guy on the desk whisked us straight down to the restaurant so that we didn't miss out on our evening meal. The food was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner but was a bit repetitive. They do cook fresh things in front of you though and the... More
