We have just returned from a lovely week in the Isla de Lobos arriving on the 9th June. We were 3 ladys travelling together and wanted a 2 bedroomed apartment. We knew from previous reviews to have Arons phone number handy when we arrived as the reception is not open all the time . The 2 bedroom apartments were clean... More

These apartments are lovely and clean, inside and out. On arrival you may need to phone a number that's on a sign on the door to gain access to your room key. We had a very nice guest Jefferey from No. 4 who helped us, so thank you to him. In the apartment we had coffee, tea, sugar and small... More

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at these apartments and as before it was a great experience. The room was very clean, tidy and spacious. It has amenties for you to cook if you wish, hairdryer, iron and ironing board etc. Maids changed beds 3 times in the week along with towels. A great location and only a... More

Stayed for one week in an upstairs apartment with balcony. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped. Even had an iron and ironing board! The pool was heaven as it was so hot that week, lovely to get in and cool down. Plenty of beds and umbrellas available. Reception even had a lending library if required. There is a slight... More

The apartment was great, clean & spacious. Pool was lovely, so calm and relaxing. Bar was closed due to refurb but nice man let me buy couple of beers. Helpful around pool with umbrellas and beds. Very close to supermarket and front, hill was very steep but avoided it by walking round. Old town about 20 minute stroll, very very... More

We recently spent 11 nights at the isla de lobos apartments in puerto del carmen in February 2015. We have visited Puerto Del Carmen many times but these are the best apartments we have stayed in so far. They were in a good position near the promenade albeit at the top of cardiac hill which can be avoided by coming... More

Yes, our pool is heated during winter season (from October until April). At 20-22 degrees. I loved your advices about the reception (very helpful) and the cardiac hill. Fantastic review. I´m so glad to see that you have such a great impression from our apartments. This is why we are working so hard everyday. We hope to see you again!... More

Stayed first week in March . Apartment clean and spacious . Staff friendly & helpful ,liked the complimentary water, tea, coffee, milk & bottle of wine on arrival, nice touch . Allowed to keep room on at no extra cost, for rest of day as we had a late departure & the apartment was not required. Super market only 50... More

Thank you so much for your review! Love "A little gem" line! Yes, you are right. We only have double beds in the two bedroom apartments. This was supposed to be a Family complex of apartments before we changed to Only Adults so it was made like this. But if a client asks for a room with a double bed,... More

Stayed for a week - these were comfortable and clean apartments, with a quiet pool area (with a well looked after bar) and only a short walk to the beach and Old & New Town bars and restaurants. Well equipped with iron, hairdryer, telly and safe, there was an outdoor area with table and chairs on the ground floor and... More
