Good service, Nice room and it was so peacefull and quiet- perfect for a Nice and relaxing holliday. There were no activities or music by the pool area. Plus- it was close to the beach and sone very good restaurants. We had breakfast included and it was also nice.

My partner and I were worried after reading some of the reviews on here for example about unfriendly staff, issues with cleanliness etc. With relief this wad all rubbish, the food was great catered for all tastes from paella to roast pork, and alwaysgreat desserts, plenty of choice for breakfast continental and hot choices. A variety of alcoholic and non alcholic... More

We visited for a week and thought this was excellent value. We stayed all inclusive and the food is good, we did eat out a few evenings but we had budgeted for that, if we had needed to eat in we could. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The only downside is having the drinks served in plastic "glasses"... More

Just had a family holiday at this hotel and i must say it was awful, theres no entertainment here, no balls in the pool, no lilos and the staff are so rude miserable, the food is repetitive and always cold, the all inclusive isnt all inclusive, snacks have to be paid for, the only good thing about this hotel is... I will start by asking people "What exactly do you expect from a reasonably priced all inclusive hotel?".I stayed here for one week 16th-23rd may with three friends, all of us old enough to know better!.The apartment was lovely. It was kept clean enough and our towels were changed regularly. The bar is open from 11am to 11pm and they are plastic glasses... Stayed in lanzaplaya from the 12th to 19th May and would definitely return. Great value apartment for what we paid. Great pool area, very central and very attentive staff. Although we were only supposed to have towels changed twice a week, we requested more and reception staff arranged for the concierge to bring these to us no problem. We were... More

I was very unsure about this hotel when my friend booked it, I was very surprised how nice the rooms were (basic but had everything we needed), the location was amazing! 5 minute walk to the beach and shops/restaurants/pubs.The food was also very good, fresh and a new menu every night. The only disappointing thing was there was no air... More

Book this hotel only if you don't mind living with hundreds of ants and maybe the odd mouse if your on the ground floor! The cleanliness of the bathroom was disgusting hairs still in the bath and a bath mat that should have been binned maybe 5 years ago! The food is no good if you have a child that... More
