We stayed in A23 for 11 nights and found the apartment to be spotless. The only thing is the squeaky hard beds and the balcony saw no sunshine at all at this time of year. We would definately go back again as we prefered them to plaza palmeras across the road. The place could possibly do with a little spruce... More

We stayed in Apartment A 1 the apartment was very good for the price paid, apart from the fridge that was really rusty on the outside, clean enough on the inside, but let the apartment down, the beds were a bit hard, but these things wouldn't put me off staying in them another time, they were in a nice location... In our opinion these apartments were in need of a coat of paint if nothing else! The apartment was quite spacious, plenty wardrobe space & cleaning was regular but the décor was very shabby, especially the bathroom. I don't think we would come back here.

We booked for a week, the apartment felt damp,as did the beds. There was a heater already in the apartment, you normally had to pay.We complained to reception,he was not helpfull, just said we could use the heater for free.We asked to move, which we could of the day after,we did not bother to move, due to the weather being poor,we booked an earlier flight home.The... From the moment we arrived to "I'd like to welcome you to Plaza Azul" to the time we left, I couldn't fault these apartments, 5 minute stroll to main strip, very clean, asked during the week for extra pillows & bathroom light had blown, both sorted out efficiently & without fuss. Would definitely stay here again, even if the bar... More

Stayed here middle end of November, requested room with sunny balcony, got room A1 which is on the corner on the Calle Anzuelo street side and maybe had a few inches of sunshine (when it did shine as we had the most horrendous weather for most of the week). Room was decent and clean although the kitchen window did let... More

We stayed here in January and, for the price, it was ok. Although the staff are friendly their cleaning was not so good. We had a ground floor apartment with no sun at the front and the wind blew in around the ill fitting doors! We had some sunshine at the back on the terrace there in the late morning... More

I visited the resort last week. It was good for the money and I would stay there again. The appartments are cleaned every day which is a nice touch. This may sound mental though, but I think the resort has it's own climate.... The wind was always very strong by the pool. When you leave the resort, it seems to... More
