We stayed at Plaza Azul for 10 days and it was fantastic. What made it fantastic were the staff who worked there. Despite how hard they worked they were always really friendly, interesting and accommodating. Plaza Azul is a good average accommodation. Small apartment with kitchen that had toaster, micro, coffee brewer, kettle and the basic needs of pans and plates.
