Just back from a week at the San Antonio. We are a couple in our late 40s and stayed here about 8 yr ago. It was great then but it's went seriously down hill. When we were there it was like an old folks home, very few people under 60, with even less children. This could have been the time... More

hotel is nice enough, very clean, friendly staff and good evening entertainment. on the downside, the sun loungers are very tightly tucked together in 2, and located under thatched sun shades, which are rigid and cannot be put into the closed position. how are you expected to get a tan sitting under a parasol. if you go to the beach,... We returned a couple of weeks ago travelling with my disabled mum We were recommended this hotel as it was suitable for people with limited mobility and wheelchair friendly. Some of the reviews were quite negative and we were apprehensive before we went but very impressed coming home! The hotel was spotlessly clean. I think our bed and towels were... More

This hotel offers half board or all inclusive. We opted for all inclusive. As well as a room card you also receive a small card with AI on entitling you to lunch snacks and drinks. You have to carry this with you and sign for all your drinks. As all inclusive you also have a free safe and coffee and... More

We chose this hotel from prior knowledge. We have been to Puerto del Carmen before and to the San Antonio before the hotel did not disappoint. We were well looked after and enjoyed our week away. The variety of food available would suit most people's requirements. In hind sight we should have booked all inclusive - we went half board!... More

lovely hotel and very friendy, excellent location, reception staff extreemly helpful. good variety of food. only downside as I was travelling on my own I feel I was tucked away in a corner with a small balcony. This despite me paying extra for a full seaview.

We visit this hotel every March. The weather is always great/sunny but not too hot with occasional cloud and wind but never any rain. The heated pool is a joy and we never have trouble finding a sunbed. Meals are very good with lots of variety. In the evening the dance floor busses with us oldies reliving our youth/as this is how... More

Super location. Everywhere spotlessly clean. We were on half board and stayed for a week with our two year old. The buffet food was interesting and varied every night. The hotel caters for all age groups. The WiFi in our room was worse than useless and needs some attention (the reception staff did kindly reset their modem several times when... More

We have just returned from this hotel after a two weeks holiday. The hotel and staff were very pleasant. The gardens and pool areas were really nice. We never struggled to get sun beds despite many many people reserving them, some all morning!! The breakfasts were tasty and plentiful as were the evening meals. My only small gripe was the reservation... More
