From start to finish out experience here was awful to say the least. When we arrived, we waited 20 minutes at reception for someone to greet us. There are 2 number on the door to call if you need someone to come to reception. I called both of them and was told that neither was connected to a line... When... More

Be warned these apartments are VERY basic. If you are only looking for somewhere to sleep (and aren't fussy about where) then they might be ok but to us they were youth hostel standard. Beds were very uncomfortable with horrible fleece covers also kept moving apart. Ground floor rooms have a tiny area outside for sitting out that's partially shaded... More

Stayed 21st-28th December 2014. The hotel was clean and basic (exactly as expected after reading previous reviews) although definitely tired and in need of a freshening up. We stayed for a week and although the towels were replaced regularly I can not remember receiving clean sheets. There is a small restaurant on site serving reasonable meals, reasonably priced. The chef... More

Considering the reviews of many hotels/apartments I read before booking these apartments, I must say that special attention was given to the cleanliness. I could spot two dedicated cleaners now and then around the hotel. I stayed here for 7 nights and my room was cleaned every alternate day along with change of towels. The hotel has its own clean... My fiancé Sheenah and myself stayed here from Nov 30th until Dec 7th. We were just looking for a cheap get away, so we were not expecting five star anything! Having read previous reviews, we had requested a first floor apartment by e-mail at the time of booking (through Lowcostholidays.) We never received a response to that e-mail and when... More

I stayed at these apartments for 10 nights in November and my first night was on ground floor though I had asked for a 1st floor apartment - this was rectified the following night and the apartment was ideal and overlooked the swimming pool. The apartment itself was a tad tired - just needs a coat of paint etc -... More

Despite the rooms looking a little tired (could be fixed with a lick of paint), my boyfriend and I had a lovely holiday there. We went half board and the food was incredible! They went out of their way to make us comfortable and were very chatty. I even spoke to them in Spanish. Our rooms were cleaned every other... More

I spent 2 wks in Guacimeta Apts, in Oct, with my family, this was my 7th occasion in these apts. I must state that we are pensioners and our 3 daughters are all mid forties. We had a great time until our last morning, when the manager in my absence, called upon my wife and daughters and pointed to the... More
