Stayed at the Campanile Vilvoorde for 2 nights thinking it would be just another typical French budget hotel chain classic. How wrong I was and pleasantly surprised at the same time. The hotel is a typical budget affair in that the room is basic with everything you need and not much more. My room, room 12, was however very clean... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It offers reasonable value for money: the bed is excellent and the personnel is very friendly. But here the good news ends. I've complained several times about the poor wireless Internet connection, but apparently this hotel doesn't care. Breakfast used to be delicious in the past, but gradually things have changed: the... More

This is an excellent hotel, not the swankiest in town but clean tidy and very friendly. We were made very welcome by the receptionist Johan who is a real star and should be on the comedy circuit! The rest of the staff were just so helpful it was unreal, ask a question or have a request and it was sorted... More

great hotel, clean, good location and seconds from the train station into the centre of brussels. I'm not sure if this is typical of brussels, we got here at 8pm, landing at brussels international airport and took a taxi to the hotel. which is about 5 miles away....we were in the car for roughly 7 minutes, so i was thinking,... A 99eur 2-night Groupon deal brought us to this hotel which upon first sight did not look like a bargain. Luckily we had read the positive comments on this site, and the grey motel-looking hotel served its purpose perfectly. The double room was adequate in size, very clean, bed firm but comfortable, the hottest shower ever, tea/coffee, ....and surpringly quiet... More

this is a great hotel - the location is a 5 minute walk from the train station (where there is a wonderful pastry shop) - the hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful - there is a restaurant and bar on the main floor and the food was very good - the breakfast was large and... I was in the Vilvoorde area for one night on business and this hotel did everything I need. It's not particularly exciting or fancy, but it was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and spoke excellent english, and it's very close the station with trains into Brussels centre every 15 minutes. Free WiFi in the room, a powerful shower,... More

What a beginning to our 'Italian Intermezzo' coach trip with Cosmos Tourama! A very comfortable overnight stay. Located just north-east of Brussels city centre, it's good for business people travelling abroad with their own transport. Breakfast was excellent - where else can you get such a delicious variety of food?? Only downside was that we only stayed on a bed... More

Following the gps to get to the hotel was quite easy but when we got there, we ended up in the parking lot from the train station. We turned back out and went back the way we came in and I spotted a small sign with the hotel name. It's not obvious from the roadside. It's conveniently located near the... More

Overall it's not a terrible hotel, but my experience was pretty bad and I think it should be much better for the not inconsiderable price. Many reviewers describe it as like a motel, but it's a motel at hotel prices. I think it's very poor value for money. I regret staying here, and in future may stay at Eurovolley (very... More
