Hotel looked more like an upgraded Formule 1 than a IBIS. Very small rooms. Low quality of shower. Bathroom was completely wet after takeing a shower Safety was far below acceptable standard. Several wall plugs in the room as well as in the corridors are damaged. some of them pose a real risk for electrocution because contact with live parts... More

On arrival we were advised that the restaurant that served the hotel was out of action due to a fire. On return to the UK we discovered that the restaurant fire actually occurred in January well before we made our reservation and there was no notification on the IBIS web site about this problem at the time of booking. This... More

I was looking for a easy-to-reach location and that is what I got. Not more. For the price which I paid I expected at least a little bit of comfort, but I got a filthy room/bathroom, although service was good and friendly. If management invested some money it might be adequate, not more.

Friendly staff, small , but very clean rooms , good for a night . It was a bit tricky to find restaurants for dinner nearby , finally, with the help of some locals we found a... More

Sitting in the service area on the motorway we expected to find something to eat. Nothing in hotel, and nothing in service area. Nearest Restaurant 6 miles away by taxi (our car was on the Peage side). Staff helpful in getting us taxi, bu not what we expected from Ibis Hotel chain.

No aircon in 30c. I discovered this after I checked in and brought my bags to the room. Silly me expecting aircon on the room. Only in the lobby the receptionist said. It's a dealbreaker for me I'm afraid. I'm a big fan of Ibis but I won't be back to this one and will check for air con in... More

Stopped here when driving from Lyon to Nice the slow way. The hotel is loacted on the southbound service station of the motorway. You cannot hear any traffic noise. Bit basic I guess since its only small. The receptionist sent us to the service station cafe when we asked about a coffee. Didn't bother with breakfast the next morning so... More
