Hotel Ibis Elche Alicante was a good base to stay for our recent trip to the European Grand Prix. It was clean, basic, friendly and offered good value for money. It was close to the airport but to avail of the beautiful beaches and marina in the area you would need a car as it is not suitable to walk into the heart of the city. We breakfasted in the hotel each morning and found it adequate for our needs. We did dine there on two evenings and were a little disappointed as generally the food was quite basic. As a base to travel from it was a good spot and I would stay there again. The bedroom and ensiute shower room were small but very clean . more
