I enjoyed staying at this hotel near the airport. It only took five minutes in a hire car and free underground parking as well. The room was modern and comfortable. Frosted glass doors on the bathroom were fine for me. The breakfast looked appetising but the bacon was cold and sausages luke warm. Cereal, fruit juice and breads were fine.

This hotel is situated in a very small town on the outskirts of Alicante airport, there's a bus which takes just over 5 minutes to reach the airport. Areca Hotel is a spitting distance from the airport and therefore it took all the stress out of getting to the airport on time, which meant mucho relaxation in the beautiful gardens and having enjoyable evening meals on the terraza! Really nice hotel close to Alicante airport. Literally round the corner from the airport, in the nice Spanish town of Torrellano, restaurant is good, but also good choice of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Nice rooms, clean and coo. Good value, good place to stay on your way out or back.

Brilliant location and truly excellent value. Arrived around 3am to fluent English speaking night-time receptionist. Comfy bed, clean room and generally really nice hotel. Would not hesitate to come back.
