I have no complains about this hotel. Stayed here for a business trip for 3 days at the end of November, 2014. Was greeted by a very welcoming staff, which addressed all my questions and provided suggestions for places to visit and shop around. My room was not very big and had a simple decoration, but it was clean, comfortable... More

Set in the middle of Elche, stepping into this hotel from the town's bustle is like stepping into a luxury hotel in the Caribbean, Maldives or Indonesia. Palms everywhere, a large sweeping pool and walkways through the trees to your bungalow bedroom. Staff excellent and the food in the restaurant is not to be missed. A real Masterclass in good... We had a good one night stay in this quatro bungalow type stile of lodging, good beds, big rooms, al you need. and it was clean. Its also in a good location for exploring the cosy town of elche. (make sure to take the palm garden across the street) Friendly staff as well. The breakfast was also suprisingly good !... More

This is one of my favourite hotels ever, those kind of hotels you feel so comfortable at that the world outside seems like an unpleasant place to be in comparison to staying. The swimming-pool is its main attraction and is delicious. The bungalow style surrounded by palm trees provides this tropical feeling and its close location to the wonderful Palmeral... More

Elche is known as the city of palms so is very green and very Spanish. A friendly reception when we arrived. All the rooms are in bungalows in the grounds apart from one block of multiple rooms. The rooms are simply furnished but very comfortable. The most amazing high super king size bed with an incredibly thick mattress. Small wicker... More

We have travelled extensively in Asia and this had a feel of somewhere like Asia and not the usual Spanish concrete hotel. A lovely surprise. All the rooms are in one floor bungalows each bungalow had 4 rooms and all around nice gardens and lawns. First time we had seen so many birds around for a long time. We were... More

We stayed here for one night in August 2014 en route to southern Spain. The receptionist was very unfriendly, quite rude and check in took ages while we stood around tired leaning against our cases. However, the receptionist the next morning when we checked out was so friendly. We found the hotel quite charming, little chalets amongst palm trees -... More

We visited the Palm Garden last year and decided to do it again this year. We paid for the garden and Gastro Lunch.... absolutely fantastic food and great value. No menu and the food is typical Spanish. The Ariz con Costa is delicious!

Hotel rooms aré a good spacious size with each one slightly different, set in small chalets surrounded by palms it's an oasis in a city center. Apart from having our wedding meal here which was fantastic we also had lunch and cocktails here the day... More

We stayed one night here. It is very close to the airport, and we were arriving late with a five hour drive the next day, so the location was ideal. The hotel was very good and tempted is to stay far too long on the second day! The rooms are in chalets in the palm garden for which the hotel... More
