I spent one night at the hotel recently... it had been a long drive and I quickly had a shower and walked around the vineyard next to the car park... the dinner in the hotel was ok and the service friendly and helpful... I had a good nights sleep and would recommend it for a stopover but please note its... More

We stayed here during a 3 night stay. The rooms were simple, clean and comfortable. WiFi was only available in the lobby. Not really close enough to walk to Epernay. We did not eat in the restaurant, so can't comment. We took a taxi to and from Epernay several times, cost per trip ran (per single trip) from 10€ one... More

very nice reception, a good room with a very good bed (slept like babies) and off course, a wonderful diner and breakfast in the restaurant. I already told my friends to visit when in the Champagne region.

Stayed here end dec enroute back to the uk on a coach trip from Germany. Found staff rude and unhelpful. No bar and no seating area for a big group like ours, so we had to stay in rooms before dinner started. There were vegetarians in our party and they would not do an omelette so poor guests had to... Humid and gross. Dirty floors, bathroom, the smell of mould and bug killer everywhere. The hotel looks like it could collapse any time, but they don't fix it they just paint over it. Absolutely terrible I never have trouble sleeping - but this night I didn't close an eye. Staff is friendly, but that doesn't make up for the terrible... More

My wife and I stayed in this hotel several times over the last few years. It has a lovely location among the vineyards (perfect for walks!) and good views, easy to find and close to Epernay, but no vegetarian dishes at all!

We have stayed at this Campanile before. It was good then and so we booked again for this one night stay, as it was 'en route'. We were not disappointed. The setting is by a main road, but this didn't cause us a problem and we slept well. The room was typical of Campaniles and was clean and with basic... More

We were very excited about going to Epernay again this year and knew this Campanile to be a good hotel. However, this year it was a totally different experience. The first night we arrived, after travelling for 10 hours, we went to the restaurant and ordered mixed herb omelette and chips for both of us, as my companion can not... More

Lovely location with extensive parking, good looking wooden chalet- style rooms and charming staff, disguise the somewhat tired nature of this Campanile hotel. A very basic room was not helped by the difficulty with the keys, the broken air conditioning and the bed against the wall meaning trips to the loo involved an obstacle course. Still, the shower was powerful,... More

We travelled as a family and had 3 rooms. The rooms were small and the hotel was not expensive. However on arrival we were surprised at how lovely the setting was. There were vineyards on one side. The restaurant was a nice surprise. The starter and dessert buffet was lovely. Service was good and we enjoyed our stay.
