This modern hotel is well located within a 5-minute walk from the main square, place Ducale, where you will find most bars and restaurants. The room was simple but correct, quiet (room at the back), not too spacious with desk, table (had not been cleaned), armchair à la Starck, flat TV, free WiFi, tea/coffee tray. Small bathroom but complete with... More

I frequently stay here on business trips to Charleville. The staff, who speak English, are friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. Very close to several good restaurants.

I was working in Charleville-Mezieres for 4 days and I stopped here for 3 nights. The room was well furnished, comfortable and very clean. In the morning there is a good choice of breakfasts and good coffee. There is a underground car park which is very convenient. The best thing is the hotel is a only a short walk to... More

This hotel is very modern and it is not too complicated a walk from the train station if you have a map. The Cobblestones did make wheeling my luggage a little tricky. My room was on the first floor overlooking the courtyard/ underground car park entrance. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. What let my stay down... More

Dear Mrs Katherine H., Thank you very much for your appreciation of our hotel. I am so sorry that you have suffered from the noise from the reception, we do rarely have those bad returns on rooms just above it. And I am even more sorry that you haven't told us you would have liked to change your room !... More

This hotel is bad We stayed during a recent festival and had to pay the premium rate of 130 euros + breakfast + parking I paid less in Paris for equivalent motor way style hotel The hotel is very well located and reception staff are friendly though the staff shortage means that the same people make breakfast, clean rooms etc... Good price, central location but uncared for elements of decor and bad bathroom smells let it down. My bathroom stank when I opened the door so left my window open whilst I went out for dinner, the skirting board and bathroom door were in need of attention, which if hotel wasn't full, I wouldn't put guests in the room whilst... This hotel is very nice with quite big, modern and clean rooms. The staff is discrete and helpfull. The hotel is very close to the Ducal place (downtown Charleville Mézière) and the Rimbaud museum. There is a gym, small but enough (2 bikes, 1 arm device and one running device) which is really appreciable for this kind of hotel. The... More

Unfortunately , I was forced to stay at this dump. The hallways reeked. Just simply smelled bad. The hotel may have been renovated within the past few years, but this a 1.5 star at best. The bathroom smelled like backed up sewage . When I complained to the front desk, they could not move me and offered me a can... More

Small hotel - rooms quite funky in the design (transparent plastic chairs and the like). Staff friendly and efficient and the breakfast was good. Parking limited so book it if you need it.

A fairly standard Kyriad with clean, if smallish rooms and in a good location near to the centre of town. A place we would go back to if we could be sure not to have rooms on the first floor. Although the corridor is carpeted, there is an atrium area around the reception and breakfast areas and they are tiled.... More
