Stopped off here on drive from Bordeaux to Calais. Nice clean room. Good dinner and breakfast. Checked when booked in that our dog was allowed and no problem on arrival or taking dog into dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff. All good. Thanks.

We arrived at the Campanile Rouen Barentin around 8.30 pm after driving 12 hours from Spain before catching the Dieppe ferry back to the UK. We booked in to the reception which is also part of the on-site restaurant, you must book in before 11pm or the reception closes and you have to do it via a machine on the... More

Well, the good points about this hotel are: * It's located near a large retail park and there are plenty of eating options (a grill restaurant & burger place across the road, KFC & Mc Donalds close by and also a nice pizza restaurant which is located next to Carrefour). * There was secure, free parking and it was close... Good evenings stay, good price and room was clean and totally functional, after a long days travel, beer available was a godsend. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Whilst this hotel is in a retail park, it was very quiet and a perfect location for the continuing journey. Ground floor rooms better if you have luggage or are on a motorbike... More

Lovely welcome, despite my appalling French. Room was at the back of the block, on the ground floor and despite being close to a busy road was surprisingly quiet. The room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Dinner in the restaurant was acceptable and reasonably priced (we weren't expecting fine dining so weren't disappointed!) Breakfast is pricey for... More

The hotel was easy find which always a start, it's on an large shopping estate with many food outlets in walking distance from the hotel. Check in was quick & easy as we had reservations. the room was across the car park from reception in a two storey complex similar to the American motels. The room was clean with all... More

We have used this hotel several times as an overnight stop and it fits the bill well. Rooms are clean with functional bathrooms and tea and coffee facilities. Something you don't get in many French hotels. The on site restaurant is also useful for a single overnighter when you just want to break your journey and not stray too far.... More

I made a reservation for this hotel with a special remark that I would arrive late and asked to reply if that would be a problem. When I arrived early in the night, I couldn't check in. Also the automatic checkin failed with the information that was provided. Result was that I had to leave home during the night. When... More

What more is there to say really. We tend to use these for overnight stops on trips through France and they are all of a standard formula which makes them predictable, which is good if you don't want to seek anything special and they are easily accessible from the major routes. They also do a reasonable meal which makes the... More

I have used this hotel as an overnight stop. The location is very convient for city tour and shopping: close to the center, the main train station and the motorway. The standard is here typical for Campanile's hotels: good 2* rooms, fresh, clean, basic but comfortable for short therm stay. Free Wifi. The welcome at the front desk was perfect... More
