Incredible. For all the wrong reasons. Let me start by saying I love French Logis hotels and been staying with them for over 30 years I have never had a complaint This hotel and in particular the service left me and my young family shaken and shocked. We arrived around 6pm on Saturday 11 July 2015 after a long drive... More

Our main priority is a clean room/bathroom, and both were clean. This is an old hotel so has that not so clean feel, few euros spent would make huge difference. Another interesting stay as no one speaks English, good old google translate, all the staff very friendly even if we cant understand them!! Had dinner and breakfast, both were fine.

Typical Logis hotel offering reasonable well priced accommodation with good restaurant. The hotel is ideally placed just inside the town walls. It has a nice little garden opposite the hotel, where you can get a drink or eat. Our hotel room was a good size with comfy bed and table and chairs. Bathroom was a bit basic but you really stay... nice room, nice food, nice place. Very welcoming people - room was comfortable with free wifi. Limited menu, but very well prepared by an excellent chef. Would stay again and recommend to anyone traveling to this out of the way place. Very nice continental breakfast. All in all, very reasonable price and reasonable quality. Recommended.

I justbhad lunch in the restaurant here and I enjoyed it. Set menu, I had main, dessert, a beer and coffee for 15 euros. Can't go wrong there. Lovely portion of roast chicken with mash and veg. And a nice tart tatin for dessert. Excellent wifi too by the way!

We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms; which was large, well-appointed and had a seating area with comfortable chairs and a sofa. Free wifi throughout the hotel, private secure parking too. The restaurant was excellent; dinner with a local flavour, breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Our stay was booked directly with the hotel and email correspondence was... More

Nice reasonable hotel, beautifully fitted, top quality restaurant, superb location within Citadelle walls. We had 2 nights, 2 dinners tried first the more expensive fixed menu and then the cheaper one. one lunch and two breakfasts and they all were superb, great great chef ! Will definitely return, lovely pretty chilled little town, and close to Calais.

What a little gem of a hotel. First night stopover on a 2000 mile motorcycle trip. Impeccably c.,lean comfortable room overlooking the square. Restaurant was excellent, great attentive service and fabulous food. Lovely quiet garden outside to enjoy a cold drink after a long days ride. Genuinely caring staff. This one is going on the list of "keepers".

This little gem in the center of Coucy-le-Chateau offers up heaping plates of traditional French fare at more than reasonable prices a la carte as well as fixed-price menus. I started with a glass of Folie Douce, a delicious local aperitif wine made of berries. Delicious! They also sell it by the bottle to take away. My husband enjoyed the... More
