4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2014 via mobile

We took our two year old twins. Whilst we were expecting a modest 26-28 degrees it was mostly 30-34 degrees with the afternoon sun being difficult for long periods. The Mosquitos were also a problem, helped with the air conditioning and sprays. The accommodation was not amazingly clean, the floors, sofa all needed a good clean. We didn't want to... More

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and 6 year old in May 2014 for the Ascension weekend. We already knew the location of this site having previously stayed in Yelloh's other 2 Camargue locations, and I preferred this one from the 3. On arrival we had an easy check-in with helpful pleasant staff, who explain the mobile home... More

We enjoyed this place so much last year that we went back again this year. Make sure you wear your mosquito repellent and bands at all times - the Carmargue (wherever you are) sits amid etangs which equals mosquitos, in fact I'm stunned to see that other comments complain about this (bit like complaining about monkeys in Gibraltar). The facilities... More

3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2012

Stayed for a few days in June 2012. Nice mobile home rental. Clean, comfortable mattresses, AC, dishwasher! Some negative observations. At dusk biting insects come out. Unaware, we counted may bites the next day. The open but roofed restaurant allows smokers. This is a problem in France where the anti-smoking laws are behind US and Canada. One night there was... Les Petits Carmaguais is a lovely site with excellent facilities. The accommodation was a little shabby and the blankets were not terribly clean so spend as much as possible and get the best accommodation available (we booked late). But the actual pitches are lovely and quite private. The pool was very well maintained and clean, as was the rest of... More
