Just returned from Sundrum Castle on Monday after a long weekend with partner nd 2 children 3 and 12. Wasnt off to the best start as Hoseasons had mucked up our booking and we should have been going to Craig Tara which we know and love and this was an alternative which we had to fight to get Hoseasons to... We (4 adults and a chiled) stayed in our 8 berth caravan on the down side the beds were to short for those of us over 6 foot tall and the steps up to the door were not the easyest to negotiate. If you are a techno buff mobile phones hardly work so surfing the net is a no go... More

Myself, husband and 2 sons (aged 14 and 12) stayed here for a week at the beginning g of august. We arrived at 3.30pm and as booking in time was 4pm our caravan wasn't ready. We got the keys at 4.30pm, which wasn't the best start. On the whole we couldn't fault the site or the caravan. It was spacious,... More

Ok this is our 4th parkdean site we have been to as a family and to be honest this is the best for kids entertainment. The troopers were excellent with the kids and really interacted well with them. They were the assets for the park and made what could have been a poor stay around and they deserve the credit... More

Stayed here 7-10th August. We booked a standard caravan, which was more than adequate for 4 of us (2 adults & 2 children 6&5). Boys had a great time at the swing park and the mini golf and we used the swimming pool Sat & Sun. The pool is open for hourly sessions throughout the day and our boys loved... More

Just returned from Friday-Monday visit to Sundrum. Had 4 kids and 4 adults in one caravan which was bit daunting prior to going. Pleasantly surprised at the spacious interior of all areas within the van, with plenty of room for dining and lounging about. Excellent facilities with good size shower and bedrooms. Entertainment at night was kiddie focused and not... More

Where do I start....firstly I injured myself on a rotten picnic table. On enquiring at reception to find out who was responsible for health and safety, I was basically sent outside to find the duty manager. Not once was I offered any first aid. Eventually finding the manager, he looked at the injury and asked me to take him to... More
