We came in November with a baby for 2 nights, and had to pay additional cost to have a 'bigger room' and a baby bed, but it was OK, we had enough place to sleep. The location is great, close to the city and Highway BUT there was NO heating ... we have not been informed of it otherwise we... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night at 36 Euro which is a bargain, especially during Tour De France. It was difficult to find the tram station and was not centrally located to anything in Mulhouse. The location is not good at all especially if you do not know your way around. I recommend this hotel for budget travelers,... More

We had a stopover one night from France to Switzerland. The room was ok for a family of four, couldn't ask more for what we paid. I was happy until time of breakfast. At our table, looking through the glass wall, we saw a pack of (almost 10) rats running around under cars in the parking lot. It was not... More

Enzo Hotels is Kyriad's one star car racing themed chain. The hotel is located just off the motorway but surprisingly quiet. The rooms are very tasteful but also extremely small. I was on my own, so no problem there but for a couple the standard room is definitely too small. i could not get the Wifi to work which to... More

20 minutes for check in, room super small, bathroom even smaller. In the evening they leave you out of the hotel. Door is closed and the key of course doesn't work. A sign says to call a number in case of emergency and there's a mail box. No light in the stairs (and of course no lifts at all). I... More

a budget stay for self-driving trip We stayed there just for arriving in Basel airport and heading towards strasbourg overnight. The hotel is a bit difficult to find without a GPS. The room is small and bathroom as well. We didn't have breakfast there as there are supermarkets like Lidl around and KFC.

This was just a one night stopover on the way to Germany, but I wish we had kept driving. While the room was clean and fairly newly appointed, it seemed like they tried to fit all necessities into the smallest space possible. It was impossible for two people to walk in the room at the same time. The shower was... More

Hotel room was dirty as well was a bathroom and corridors. Had broken lamp, air conditioning was not working. There were cigarette smell in a room, I had to leave window open all night. Touching any object, door or window handle leave you with dirty hands. Room is worth 20euros, not 42euros.
