We stayed here for about 4 days. I've been to 22 countries and never have I ever experienced this level bad service, incompetence and rudeness. First of all, breakfast is terrible. There is no choice of food and no matter what time you arrive to the breakfast - there's no food and everything is cold. There was a huge lack... More

Booked a family room for 2 days. Great value for money. We didn't took the breakfast but joined for dinner once. Dinner was alright, not great. Service in the restaurant could be better. There is a shopping centre (with McDonalds) and the end of the M 5 (orange) subway line about 10 minutes walking. Don't forget to exit at the... More

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed. We arrived at the hotel on Feb 3rd and checked out on 6th. For three nights, we never felt the warm in the room. It was always cold, which is the most important thing for us in the winter. Air conditioner works 7/24 but never gets warmer. If you don't smoke, don't... More

We were on a UK short break tour to Paris The city and the everything to do with the tour were just fine, except very sadly for the 'Campanile'. The tour brochures promoted ' bar for your convenience' . It seemed to us to be a small bar in the restaurant. The bar closed just after our evening tour arrived... More

Just back from Paris where we stayed at this hotel. Had its moments - when you have breakfast I would suggest you go early - otherwise they run out of things and do not replenish them! The hotel itself is nice with lovely clean rooms and the receptionist was very helpful indeed. Also, tried to get a glass of wine... More

Rooms are very small and very noisy. We stayed at backside rooms and whole night there was a truck noise which carry linen to hotel. There is no hand towel in room and when i asked to reception they replied we do not have hand towel in rooms. Dinner time is so sharp even you go to dinner 21:50 no... More

This hotel was the base for a 2 night stay to visit Paris with National Holidays. The room was a reasonable size for 2 people and the bed was comfortable. Showering was a pleasure after the long days. The food was good but unfortunately the buffet area was small and so when a coach load of hungry people descended on... More
