Rooms are ok, neat and clean. Comfortable stay with good sevice. Good roof top restaurant with delicious food. Good arrangment for business conference. Hotel location is good as near to the induatrial area in Thane. In breakfast choices are limited and quaity is not upto the mark.

the new staff is completely useless,shower does nt wrk properly,staff is nt at all helpful,specially the manager at reciption Mr vinod is very rude,loser,soo much high tariif still in proper service,breakfast is like yaaaak,nt at all worthy 2 stay,no facilty's 4 driver too,AC doesnt wrk in the tiny rooms,no napkins n towels in rooms,service very poor n late toooooo.

Thane is basically not a tourist place to visit, it is more of an industrial area although rich people do live here. So this hotel is good for business purposes. Its location is not amazing but convenient as it is on main highway. Rooms are tiny. Only good for sleepover one or two nights for males.

Pros: On the main road. Cons: Tiny rooms - injury prone area, awful front desk - never had the (smart card) key access when I returned after work, food is expensive, linens not changed (in one case not provided), cable TV reception is downright pathetic

good hotel, near to the highway makes the travel simple, moderately priced hotel. the lounge bar had great music playing and also the food was tasty. A thoughtfull complimentry aminites were their in the room, like home made chocolates, Crisp, sugerbites, mineral water, tea/coffee maker with all the sachets.
