This placed offered me what it promised but it was not up to my own standards. The staff were great when we checked in. I had read some of the reviews about reno's. I felt the room on the lower level had been redone, but... and maybe Im nit-picking here but the bed.... the most important part of the hotel... More

The bath tub was not clean. There was black mould under the bath tub facets. The under side of the shower curtain looked like it had never been cleaned. I hope I never need to stay there again! We spent more for this room per night than other clean places we have stayed at recently! The lobby is lovely.

Stayed in the motel section. Room really needs to be refurbished. Old furniture and laminate coming off the bathroom vanity. Strange that the controls for the heating and air conditioning are over your head if you are under 6 foot tall. The one redeeming feature was the staff. Great hospitality and service.

This hotel was a great stay. The second floor has recently been renovated. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Their is plenty of parking. It is a couple of minutes drive to major retail and food outlets on Kent Street. Very clean hotel. There is an upscale restuarant for lunch and supper. You will need... More

The rooms are very dirty, smelly and old. Everything is out dated. Way too over priced. Ran out of ice on the first day?? WTH! Saw some big bug crawl across the floor when I first arrived. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. Beds were so uncomfortable. Shower was broken and sprayed everywhere. One bar of soap for 4 people? Feet got... More

Recently visited in prime tourist season, and there were a distinct lack of cars there. I paid over $120/night for what I was told was a recently upgraded room. This was not the case. All of the upholstery and bedclothes were old and dated. The TV was an old tube TV that had terrible reception. The carpet was tired and... More

First off, let's acknowledge that the selection of roofed accommodation in Lindsay is limited. My wife and I stayed at this property during the first week of April, 2014 and found it to be somewhat tired but still more than acceptable. The front desk staff put out a good welcoming vibe and were very pleasant and helpful. The corridor leading... More

Last minute booking here, and the last time we will ever come here! We made reservations at this place because our first choice was fully booked. Unfortunately for us we got a tired old room and not a so called renovated room. This place is stuck in the 80's and decor seems to be still there. Beds were horrid as... More

My partner and I stayed at the Admiral Inn two weekends ago and this place deserves a review. I was pleasantly surprised. After reading the past few reviews I was scared of what to expect, however the hotel was actually very underrated, and I had a great experience. A family member told me it was recently renovated so this helped... More

My husband I stayed here last weekend when we were in town for a concert. I had read reviews on here and almost didn't book a room. The staff was wonderful to us upon arrival. Our room was very large and spacey. The room was newly renovated with a new paint job, ceiling job, new tiles and grout in the... More
