This is my 4th time to stay at First World Hotel, but my first in their World Club room. Our room is on the 27floor, it was huge, beautiful and new, unlike their standard and deluxe rooms, which were too tired looking. The bathroom is big and modern (I chose the one w/o bathtub) with complete sets of towels and... More

I stayed 2 nights in this large hotel and this was on August 2014.The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is under huge renovation but that did not stop us from enjoying the cool weather and variety of shops at the plaza. The outdoor theme park is currently closed for massive renovation and will be for many months... More

We had given the deluxe room at tower 2 floor 27th, and my sister was given the room at floor 14th. Both were deluxe rooms, but the space was different. Our room space was narrow and set up fewer furniture and bathroom accessories. Without hand tower too. The Tv also smaller. No mineral waters were giving. But my sister room... More

To say the hotel has good location is an understatement, it's the PERFECT stay for anyone who are fancy for casino, theme park or a concert in the Star Arena. We went there for a quick Chinese New Year holiday which is about 45 minutes drive from KL. It was a very good break for city dwellers. Considering the hotel... More

My stay in this hotel was from 16th - 18th aug 2014. Located on the genting highlands. this one looks so huge as we near it. I was shocked to c how come they were able to construct a building as big as this one on a hill. that is spectacular. this hotel contains such a huge lobby. 30 check... More

I have been there with my family in last week of June. We took the cable car ride (Genting Skyway) which was just awesome. It is one of the longest and steepest with a magnificent panoramic view. We spent one night in first world (Supposedly the biggest hotel in terms of rooms). You need to take a token to check-in... More

Awsome ambience, hospitality and mountain top view. Though the check in is very time consuming but our room was on 23rd floor and the view was too good.the overall experience including the casino and the snow world was too good.

The resort is nothing like a 3 star hotel Giving it a 2 star would be doing them a favour Reception staff are very biased in providing rooms and take their own sweet time to serve you check out is rather too fast and efficient utilizing the kiosk Breakfast is ok but the staff manning the different stations are pretty... Stayed at Deluxe room. Not too bad as we were given a room with a view facing the mountain. If you have younger kids below 8 , its good to take first world as the indoor themepark is just located on the ground level. Food and beverage outlets are plentiful at first world but it can be pricey at certain... More

Oh it's cheap, it's so cheap that people line up to stay in it, and it really does feel cheap and looks cheap you will KNOW it's cheap even if you are not the one paying for it. The room is very very small and the toilet is EVEN smaller. Imagine you are in a prison in a third world... More
