First time check in to XYZ room. it actually the same room size with standard room size. Only add on a single bed and make it to triple room. It was fine for 2 adults & 2 kids. Bathroom/ toilet still the same size (only 1 person to go in at one time). Room's wall design had been change to... More

It is convenient if you stay here and play casino. Room is outdated, with old ceiling fan and no other ventilation. Floor carpet is smelly and worn-out. Don't expect much if you can get a low price, otherwise hotel don't deserve your money. It takes about 1 hour to check in, and hotel hall always have so much noise coming... More

After their renovation, the hotel room was clean, but shower area a bit small. Carpet also clean. Overall was value for money. Due to cold weather we really enjoy staying over night there. Food in the casino "Lucky Restaurant" was delicious too. Went there with my mother and we enjoy the fund of jackpot machines too. Having lots of fund... More

The room is super small especially the toilet. You can't stretch instead only can stand a position. However it is cheap so you pay what you get. No wifi but it's easy to get from one place to another.

Bed is hard.. not at all comfy. Room is tiny and very basic. It's basically a square box with a brick for a bed. Only good for those who want to gamble most of the time and only need a few hours rest.

The room is slightly bigger and the bed is more comfortable despite the cheap rate offered. The bad thing is the checking out. By right the checking out time is 12.00 pm, upon reaching the room at 11.45 am, there should be 15 minutes left to do final rechecking of the room. But we was lock outside, totally unable to... I stayed at First World hotel, Genting, Malaysia from 7 to 9 June this year. Overall, the stay was pleasant. As all know, the rooms at First World Hotel are generally small. We selected the new rooms at the new extension - call Tower 2B, and the room area square are much more accpetable than over at the old tower.... More

Well this is one of the biggest hotel in the world but the rooms here are very tiny. Our agent suggested us to stay in this hotel. There are absolutely no amenities in the room and TV is just a formality. Overall I would say a Big NO.

Was there for a Short 2 night stay from 15 June to 17 June. Requested for the rooms to be on same level was told there will be a charge of 15RM. Tried to explain that we need the room to be on the same level as we have young kids and it's better to be on the same level.... More

I stayed 2 nights as a getaway from business trip in KL. If you are a local you may enjoy but I was looking for a weekend escape. The room was a good size (Tower 2) and great view. Furnishing is basic. There is a lot of construction going on all around. Starbucks beside lobby has continuous jack hammer noise,... More
