I was at the hotel for family trip, the location of the hotel is very nice, checkin time takes alot time, we had to wait for 3hours for checkin, hotel has good facilities, the food is good but not worth, overall the food & location is good of the hotel. more

Awana Genting Hotel management should be congratulated for improving the attitude and efficiency of the reception desk staffing. Quickly, pleasantly, they had us checked in. Morning is always vital for a new day & nobody wants to be greeted with rotten foul attitude. We don't mind the choice of food variety if the quality is of good standards & not food for animal feeds. Lontong gravy was never replenished & left only the soup with no ingredients whatsoever. Can the GM or chef eat this... more
