I wish I had found this place sooner. We had cycled through SW Ireland for 2+ weeks, and this was our final night in the country before heading to the Shannon airport. It was the kind of place we had been hoping to find all along our route, but never did. This is an actual working farm, but somehow it... more

A wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived we were treated like long-lost friends, warmly welcomed and given tea and breads. This is not your average B&B...although the accommodations are first-rate (and modern with wireless internet connectivity) and quite beautiful (and close to Adare), the most endearing part is that this is a working farm with sheep, cows, horses, and... more

We received a great welcome during our stay at Rigney's including a tour of their special breeds pigs who are kept in great pig conditions. We were so glad to find somewhere outside of the somewhat twee Adare and yet gave us the opporutunity to visit it's unique character. The Rigneys have done an amazing job building up this farm... more

A works in progress! When the Rigney's get this working farm/ B & B done, it definetly will be a gem of a place. Room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Bed looked not to be inviting, but was pleasantly suprised! Breakfast was as good as usual. Mrs. R, in all that she does, managed to take the time... more

My husband and I have recently returned from 9 days in Ireland hopping from seven different B&B's with his parents. We spent our fifth night in Ireland at Rigney’s Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast. We had no trouble finding the B & B and arrived at 5 pm after a long day sightseeing. I chose this B & B due to... more

My Mom and I started our 2 week trip to Ireland at this B&B and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience in every way. We had an easy trip to the B&B from Shannon airport by using the detailed directions from Rigney's website and had no trouble finding the B&B. We picked this B&B due to the convenience... more

We started our visit to Ireland at this delightful Farm B&B. Very friendly family atmosphere, lovely rooms and farmhouse. Great breakfast although this takes a bit of time. The family was especially kind to our children, who enjoyed getting involved with some of the farm animals. Great tips on where to go and visit in the area. Adare is lovely. more

I had the great fortune of staying at Rigney's Farmhouse in Adare last month. The host was friendly and helpful, and always had a smile on her face. The property is very well kept, and my room was clean and comfortable. I had been traveling around Ireland for a month, and this was the first place that I stayed at... more

While this bed and breakfast is a bit off the beaten path of Adare and Limerick, it is WELL worth the trip. This is an actual working farm, in addition to the bed and breakfast and the farm shop - all ran by one amazing woman! I have never met a nicer person. The rooms were spacious for European and... more

Rigneys was a wonderful place to stay. Caroline and her family were warm and very welcoming. When I arrived Caroline had snacks and drinks ready for us. Her black pudding was the best I had during my stay in Ireland. The homemade breads that went with breakfast was delicious too. My room was clean, warm and lovely with a great... more
