The hotel is somewhat run down. From the outside there are many spaces that have been built up by breeze blocks and painted over making it look shabby. Check street view. The lobby is dark and looks tired. The rooms are basic but clean. Old type tube tv. My room had a fridge and both tv and fridge worked. The... More

Fantastic hotel. We went with my family, there service was very good. The hotel is opposite Gibraltar. Just walking distance. There own dining was fantastic. Don't miss the zucchini sup. I just highly recommend in this hotel.

I last stayed here 2 years ago and enjoyed it; I decided to revisit as I was not disappointed previously. I was definitely not let down this time, if anything this visit was better than previous. I wanted to visit Gibraltar, La Linea and other Spanish towns along both the Atlantic (e.g. Cadiz) and Mediterranean (e.g. Malaga) coasts; road connections... More

Gave us great room with view of Gibraltar rock and the Marina. Close to bus from Malaga and to Algeciras's. Close to the border. Transport easy reachable. Breakfast was efficient. 10 Minutes walk to the beach, it has the most beautiful shells and you can take great pictures of the Rock, even quirky ones also like touching the top of... More

I had been there twice yet and there is two years between first and second stay. Hotel is situated near from gibraltar airport and from gibraltar border. Is still in peaceful place in La Linea. Rooms has good bathroom. With small tv small fridge and safebox ;) Cleaning ladies were precise and all staff here is really pleasant. Not bad... More

Stayed here for 4 nights when visiting Gibraltar. Stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and have to say the choice of foods available were fantastic, and always nice. Views from the rooms were lovely across to the marina and very well situated to cross over to gilbratar. Well priced.

It's really not worth neither the Price or the 4 star rating. The building is really worn Down and neither the fridge or the tv worked in my room. The breakfast, which is not included (first time I see that in a 4 star hotel!) is really not very good. The only positive thing I can say about the place... More

I hate to trash hotels or other businesses, but people need to be aware of substandard conditions. We stayed at this hotel for two reasons - it was close to Gibraltar and close to the buses to and from San Roque and Tarifa (minutes walking to both). Before our three week trip to Iberia, I booked hotels at every location... More

We have just six very good nights at the Asur, an easy level 10 minute walk away from the Gib border. The room cost was £45 a night for two people including breakfast so great value particularly with the stunning views over the Marina and the rock. Most of the staff speak excellent English which helped as our Spanish is... More
