Ok never so disappointed in hotel; ever. The service was hit or miss, The food at the hotel sometimes ok; sometimes horrible. The pool was dirty. The room was average. I have had the good fortune to stay at several Ritz properties over the years and had identified with the quality associated with this flagship brand. However this property does not deserve to fly the Ritz flag. The first room I checked into provided a non-stop seranade of every bathroom use in the hotel.
