From the moment our family were greeted by Karen (host) we felt comfortable. The small cottage was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches including a view of the ocean whilst showering. We took advantage of the horse riding package and had a wonderful time for 21/2 hours, walking through rainforest, fording creeks and attempting the beach (although a bit too windy).... more

A beautiful cottage, that gave us a great nights sleep with wonderful views. This is really going to be difficult to beat. The cottage is very welcoming, relaxing and offers private but impressive views of the beach. We will definately stay here again when we are in the area. more

We enjoyed a three night stay in Rimu cottage and would happily recommend and re-visit. The room was comfortable and well appointed and the shower was fantastic.
