My family of six spent a great weekend hiking in the Pyrenees. The location is amazing, it has breathtakingly beautiful views of mountains, waterfalls and meadows. The Parador is a small lodge nestled in the valley. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was good, but the menu was limited. My children raved about the desserts. The hotel... More

This hotel is well worth the longish drive along the cul-de-sac road to get to. Adequate parking and a warm welcome. The views are amazing, with plenty of walks in the area along the river banks. There is a play area for children. The food reflects the local mountain produce. Bedrooms and reception areas are roomy and well decorated. This... More

A tiny Parador, really a 28 room lodge facing Monte Perdido in the Pirenneos. It was a bit of a drive from Vitoria, but worth it. The staff was attentive, the restaurant was good, and the walking was memorable. The little chapel is worth a visit, masses are still held there.

Staff that smile (not always so at a parador), comfortable room 301 with a great view. Restaurant menu 29€ for dinner, not cheap but ok although took 2hrs 20 mins to get 3 courses. Good buffet breakfast. Worth going to just for where it is.

This parador was a welcome sight after a difficult journey on the French side of the tunnel. However it was sunny and clear on the Spanish side and we could enjoy the view. The parador was very quiet, the staff were lovely and the room was In keeping with that of a hunting lodge. We enjoy the parador experience as... More

At the end of road, 15km from Bielsa in the Sobrarbe Geopark is the 30-room Parador hotel surrounded by high mountains and stunning scenery. Spanish Paradors are heritage buildings restored and run as hotels. This one is very nice. Great service, excellence phone signal but WiFi didn't work. Visited in March before season had kicked off so not much going... More

This hotel has one of the most amazing locations of any I've stayed in. It is at the head of the Valle de Pineta, overlooked by tree-lined slopes, looming mountains and the white streaks of waterfalls. The hotel itself is attractive and fits in with the scenery around. It took us around 4 hours to reach it from Girona airport... More

This Parador is like an old fashioned ski lodge. Unfortunately, the weather was against us during our visit, which tends to put a damper on things. There seemed to be a nice walk along the river but it was so wet, we desisted. The Parador has a terrace outside the bar on the first floor which must be very pleasant... More

We stayed three days in this parador at the end of a road into the east side of Parque Nacionale de Ordessa y Monte Perdido (Lost Mountain)in Val de Pineta. The weather was wonderful the whole time, and sitting on the large terrace overlooking huge majestic mountains, listening to the roar of cascades coming off the cliffs into the river... More

We had a fabulous 2 night stay here in August. The rooms are decorated in a traditional rustic style but are very clean and comfortable and the food is excellent. The parador is on the edge of the Ordesa National Park and there are several walking trails in the area. We climbed up to the Balcon de Pineta which was... More
